We offer nationwide delivery to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to:

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta
• Sialkot, Gujranwala, Hyderabad, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Sukkur, Abbottabad, Sahiwal, and more

If your city or town is not listed at checkout, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm whether delivery is possible to your area.

2. Delivery Timings

Delivery Type	Details
Same-Day Delivery	Available in major cities for orders placed before 2:00 PM (subject to product availability).
Standard Delivery	Next-day delivery for orders placed after the same-day cut-off time.
Scheduled Delivery	Choose a specific future date and time slot at checkout for special occasions.
Time Slots	Morning to Afternoon and Evening to Night slots are available at checkout.

Same-day and express delivery availability depends on your city, the delivery address, and product preparation time. Custom cakes and large arrangements may require additional preparation time.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery city and area, and are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Charges may vary for:

• Deliveries within main city limits versus outskirts or remote areas.
• Same-day or express delivery requests.
• Scheduled deliveries on peak occasion dates (Eid, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.).

Any applicable delivery fee will always be shown to you before payment. There are no hidden charges.

4. Order Processing

Once your order and payment are confirmed, our team begins preparing your order. You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. For same-day orders, please ensure your contact and recipient details are accurate to avoid delays.

All flowers are freshly arranged and cakes freshly baked close to the delivery time to ensure the best quality on arrival.

5. Recipient Availability

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a complete and correct delivery address along with a working contact number for the recipient. Our delivery rider may contact the recipient to confirm the address or arrange handover.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our rider will attempt to contact them or the sender. In case delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or a refused delivery, a re-delivery charge may apply for a second attempt.

6. Surprise & Gift Deliveries

Many of our orders are surprise gifts. If you would like the delivery kept as a surprise, you can select the option at checkout to have us contact the recipient only for address confirmation, or to coordinate the surprise through you (the sender) instead.

Please note that for accurate delivery, some contact with the recipient may be necessary. We will always try to respect your surprise instructions wherever possible.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Severe weather conditions or natural events.
• Traffic, road closures, protests, or strikes.
• Public or religious holidays and peak-season demand.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and do our best to complete the delivery at the earliest opportunity.

8. Peak Season & Occasion Orders

During peak periods such as Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Independence Day, order volumes are very high. We strongly recommend placing your order at least 48 to 72 hours in advance to guarantee delivery on your preferred date. Same-day delivery may be limited during these times.

9. International Orders (Sending to Pakistan)

If you are ordering from outside Pakistan to send flowers, cakes, or gifts to a loved one within Pakistan, you are welcome to do so. Simply place your order online and provide the recipient’s address and contact number in Pakistan. Prices may be displayed in your local currency, but all deliveries are fulfilled within Pakistan.
